Eric Sanha, 24, was born in Lisbon to Guinean parents and has lived in Paris since 2023. A self-taught filmmaker, he immersed himself in cinema, watching films almost daily across the city’s theaters.

He began his filmmaking journey in Lisbon with his first short in 2024 and followed it with a second short in New York City in 2025. Eric continues to develop new projects while exploring smaller artistic shorts that will help him gain the experience needed to direct a feature film.
